This EP reflects my struggle to achieve a sense of balance when juggling life, work, family, health concerns and of course music. My health has a far reaching effect on all aspects but more often that not the impact is most felt by family, secondary to that is it's impact on music - it can stifle creative flow, harbour nagging self-doubt and prevent track completion. Some might call this 'Mind Tricks', unfortunately not 'Jedi Mind Tricks'.
